Cooperative Kids - Raising Children with Love, Limits, & Lessons
The Love, Limits, & Lessons® Course

Leave your preconceived ideas on parenting and discipline at the door!  If you've ever wanted to master the ability to bring more peace and cooperation to your home or classroom, and wanted to better understand why your children behave the way they do, then this class is for you.

The Love, Limits, & Lessons® 9-hour parenting class is designed to help adults understand why children from 18 months to 18 years of age, misbehave and act out.  Developed in 2006 by Cooperative Kids founder, Bill Corbett, the course first creates a foundation of understanding on this behavior.  It then provides a solid, step-by-step discipline plan that includes reactive steps when misbehavior occurs and proactive techniques to use when it's not.  Come and learn how a different approach on discipline can change your life, your children, and your family.  Discipline shouldn't just be about getting the kids to behave, it should also include implementing a plan to build your child's internal compass that will guide them to true north for their moral values, self-control, and the ability to hear the calling within.

"Finally, a balanced parenting course constructed for today's child and without gimmicks or games.  Taking this course should be a number one priority for every adult, with or without children."
- H. Kozera, Licensed Mental Health Counselor

The Love, Limits, & Lessons® parenting course is nine hours in length and taught in three sessions by a certified Cooperative Kids instructor.  The course is normally delivered one session each week, over a 3-week period.  In some cases, to accommodate adults who are unable to take weekly classes, the course is taught over a weekend from Friday night to Sunday afternoon.  Each session is 3 hours long with plenty of breaks and packed with easy-to-understand, step-by-step methods that can be implemented immediately.  Participants receive a workbook that follows the course page by page and in some cases, participants also receive a copy of the Love, Limits, & Lessons book.

"Other parenting courses I have taken were like getting wonderful boxes of tools, but the Love, Limits, & Lessons course gave me a plan, a manual for my child, and a formula I needed for raising a child who will cooperate now and achieve her dreams as an adult!"
- L. Chase, Parent

Host a Home Class
There is no better way to implement change at home than to pull together your closest friends and familiy members to experience the course together.  The host provides the location (home, church, or other gathering place), contacts potential class participants, and coordinates refreshments.  They also take the class completely for free.  In the typical home class, participants all bring a dish on the night of each of the 3 sessions and meet 30 minutes prior to the start of the class to enjoy the food and the social environment.  Everyone then experiences the class together.  Contact Cooperative Kids for more information on hosting a class in your home.
